Louie's | Our Story
Breakfast in a Bavarian mountain town
Louie's sits on Commercial Street in Leavenworth, Washington — a Bavarian-themed village tucked into the Cascades — serving scratch-made breakfast and lunch daily from 8am to 2pm. It's a small place that takes its food seriously, without making a big deal about it.
How we landed here
Commercial Street runs through the heart of Leavenworth, and Louie's found its home right in the middle of it — a neighborhood spot in a town full of tourists. The dining room is small and warm, with a hand-painted floral mural behind the bar and pendant lights that make everything feel a little golden.
From the kitchen
The chorizo is house-made. The country fried steak is house-breaded. The bacon is locally cured buckboard, and the bratwurst comes from a local maker. It's not a philosophy — it's just how the kitchen runs.
The menu
Benedicts come three ways, including the lox benedict with cold smoked wild Alaskan salmon and the El Chorizo with house-made chorizo, avocado, and chipotle hollandaise. The Smash Burger uses Wagyu beef; The Ranger stacks Boar's Head turkey, bacon, prosciutto, and burrata on sourdough.
A room worth gathering in
Louie's seats about 35 — cozy enough to feel like a private dinner, big enough for the whole group. The full space is available for private events.
